Starting with the vision to relieve my family and friends from daily fatigue (physical & mental), led me in 2004 to Alternative Professions NATURAL HEALTH SCIENCE, where I trained in the Ayurvedic Massage of Mardana  and academic study of Indian massage of Body & Head. 

Soon my paths opened up professionally. In 2006 I had my first experience with energy method such as Reiki and  followed by Advance Tachyon U.S.A. by my coach Mr Michalis Paribodha Christopoulos.              I believe in angels, fairy tales, universe energies and karma.      Sometimes maybe more than I should. 

My life became full of positive enery when I discover how to communicate and offer on daily basis gifts to myself such as to love, to share to help to offer my experience my emotions , when I change daily frames and when I put in my priorities  to meet new people with positive energy and to fill my book life with a lot of positive energy pages.

Cylinder healing project born as an idea when and every time at the end of a sailing tour, or after a healing session our  groups   reviewed us with amazing comments writing that my approach to them have been  changed completely their life plans, leading them and start thinking out of the box lifestyle.

In 2009 when the global  financial crisis started, I consider that it was a huge opportunity to change  completely my entire life and to qo forward . Leaving behind the "golden boy´s life" after 32 years employment  to the Royal Bank of Scotland at various positions as HR manager , Facilities manager, representative of European councils etc. I decided to buy a brand new  sailing boat and started to run my own small Yachting Co, but sometimes I was wondering that something is missing... in my life ..., the universe responded and I met Evie, so we decided to moving on our life from Athens permanent to marvelous Crete island, living at a tiny house very close at a fantastic beach. 

My daily schedule includes, gym, meditation, psychotherapy sessions thinking out of the box as I have psychotherapist degree , retaining 14 years private office with huge experience to human been emotions , also, I was training in Moscow and Malaga - Spain by the famous alternative therapist Djuna Davitashvili at energy healing with a diploma of Medicina Alternativa from Colombo University - India.

With Evie we organize private sailing tours with our sailing yacht seeking for new friends and not clients . Cylinder healing is a new fantastic  project because both of us we know very well how to offer one week or more.. to our people a holistic disconnection from technology and reconnection with natural world into our marvelous island.
